The Pojoba 2000 (PJ2G) led Legacy Project is an ambitious development that aims to become a landmark edifice on Pojoss Campus where innovation and creativity will originate.
Before proceeding with the construction phase, it is crucial to submit the project’s architectural design, structural design, geotechnical report and the project quantities or cost to the Koforidua Catholic Diocese Project Committee under the authority of the Bishop and also the “owner” of Pojoss, Most Rev. Joseph Afrifah-Agyekum for clearance.
The above key components we submitted highlights the significance in ensuring the successful implementation of the Legacy Project led by Pojoba 2000 (PJ2G).
With these reports in hand, the Legacy Project can move forward with the Sod Cutting in February, 2024 and begin construction in phases, assuring stakeholders that the project is well-prepared for a successful realization.
Special appreciation to:
Architect Ralph Ogoe for designing the Legacy Project and mini model
Ing. Dr. Michael Ankama Bekoe for the GeoTech and technical support
Architect Eric Ofori who was instrumental in assisting with the accurate ground measurement during the first visit to the proposed site.
All Council Representatives and the entire membership of PJ2G for the support and great job done so far.
