At one of our usual get together, Pojoba 2000 Year group (PJ2G), took up a noble cause to enhance the safety and security of our alma mater we decided to donate a significant number of streetlights to address this issue. After communicating our intention to the Headmaster, Rev Fr Benjamin Ohene, he was most grateful and reiterated to us the urgency to get the streetlights for the school noticing the dimly lit pathways on our campus and few theft incidents on campus necessitated the need to for the lights.
Recently, our alma mater faced an urgent need for improved lighting on campus to ensure the safety and well-being of our students and staff. Understanding the critical importance of this issue, one of our esteemed members, Humphrey Klogbodu who is also Leader of our American Wing stepped forward as a beacon of hope and promptly volunteered to donate a significant number of streetlights to our school.
On Sunday 21st of January, 2024 we successfully donated streetlights to be positioned across various key areas of our campus with more to be presented subsequently to the school’s management. These state-of-the-art streetlights, adorned with advanced LED technology, will undoubtedly create a safer environment for our current and future students, staff, and visitors.
This generous gesture does not only fulfill the immediate need for adequate lighting but also highlights the PJ2G unwavering dedication to our beloved institution.
Special appreciation again to Humphrey Klogbodu for this thoughtful gesture. We encourage those who made initial promise to fulfill and they will also be duly recognized.
